Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please double-check your order information before placing your orders, provide a secure address where you can receive your order during the shipping time.

Our warehouse will start packing and dispatching once the order has been placed. We cannot guarantee order modifications and cancellations.

A handling fee of 10 USD will be charged in case of modifications and cancellations.

Can Naughty Thoughts send items as a gift to avoid Customs charges?
No. We are required by law to declare the true value of the parcel contents.


What happens if I refuse to pay Customs Fees?
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, the shipping fee (for free shipping orders), a return to sender fee & any handling fee occured will be payable to your courier and deducted from your refund. Please contact the courier or your local post office to make sure they will not charge us the custom fee if you refuse the package as this varies from country to country.

My order is taking longer than excepted

In the event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above, you should check the tracking status.


If delivery is attempted when no one is home, your parcel could be brought back to the shipping courier’s office, a card might be left with collection information, depending on your local shipping courier’s processes.


In the case of customs delays or holds, please contact your local customs department. Get in touch with us if you need further help. We will happily look into this for you

What is the return policy?

If you don’t like your items for any reason, you can submit your return for store credit code within 30 days of receipt.


You can use this code to get a different size, colour, or whatever your heart desires! This code will never expire, so take your sweet time finding your perfect item.


Returns must be in original conditions (unworn, unwashed, unstained, with original tags and packaging).


“Final Sale items” (30% off or more) and Sample Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
