No. We are required by law to declare the true value of the parcel contents.
What happens if I refuse to pay Customs Fees?
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, the shipping fee (for free shipping orders), a return to sender fee & any handling fee occured will be payable to your courier and deducted from your refund. Please contact the courier or your local post office to make sure they will not charge us the custom fee if you refuse the package as this varies from country to country.
In the event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above, you should check the tracking status.
If delivery is attempted when no one is home, your parcel could be brought back to the shipping courier’s office, a card might be left with collection information, depending on your local shipping courier’s processes.
