Choose the closest size if you are in between. 
Some bottoms are adjustable on the sides, if you are between sizes, you may pick the smaller size for less coverage (which I'd prefer), bigger size for more coverage.

Sweet Reminder: If you don't have a measuring tape, you can measure using a non-stretchy string and measure it to a ruler. Or go to IKEA and get one for free :D
